There was another gentleman works at front desk, unfortunately I didn't grab his name. He helped us to process the room upgrade, and also recommend us restaurants. We will definitely revisit this hotel because of their amazing service."

"The Staff were all very helpful. Piero was amazing (from the bar area). The only complaint is that the room got very hot. Which is good but even though we tried lowering the temp it was very hot. Otherwise, Glam Hotel is a great choice to stay while visiting Milan."

"We enjoyed our IQ Hotel Milano stay . It was only a 3-5 minutes walk from the train station . Our room was comfortable. The front desk and dining room staff were all nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good . One morning we had an early tour. The front desk offered without us even asking if we would like a to go breakfast to take with us. The location near the train station was convenient for us to meet our tour. The metro was right there and easy to navigate to the Milan city sights . We found the area around the station to be nice and were happy as several reviews read stated it was not the best area. We went out at night, walked to restaurants. Many people walking around. Perhaps late, late night is a different story . 10:00 was the latest we were out . "
