"We had a great stay. Property was clean and we found it was a high quality apartment with amazing views to the mountains. It was exactly as described with regard to the ski in-ski out description - there were two lifts within a 25 m walk of chalet A. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are great and are kept to a high standard, with amazing views through glass walls to the mountains. There is a free bus that leaves from a stop just close to chalet A that takes you to other ski lifts along...

"Wir haben ein Appartement in einem Wellness-Hotel gebucht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war aber leider alles geschlossen. Die Rezeption war lediglich von Mo-Fr jeweils von 8-10 Uhr besetzt. Der Wellness-Bereich befand sich in einem anderen Gebäudeteil der während unseres Aufenthaltes komplett geschlossen war. "The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times. On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response."

"It was very comfy stay. The location of the hotel is great, the spa is nice. People at the reception were kind and helpful (Especially Cedric) The only handicap of this hotel is there is no parking area for their guests. You have to go to find the private car park which is close by but need to pay 20€ per day!"

"The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. "
