Current state: Property Condition: • Looks like abandoned hospital • Empty, dark common areas • Hot, unmaintained hallways • Appears possibly managed by neighboring hotel Room Issues: • Dirty sheets • Insects present • Damaged door (security concern) • Missing housekeeping service Booking/Check-in Problems: • Reservation not found despite advance booking • Payment verification issues • One key per room policy (additional keys cancel previous) Positive note: Bar staff was friendly. "Excellent stay at this beautiful Hotel. It has 2 cute restaurants, a very nice pool. A 24 hour open gym. All the staff its very friendly. The beach its wide but it has a lot of street vendors who really bothers. The area its safe.I fully recommend this Hotel."

"Serene spot for relaxation. Large pool long enough for me to swim laps. Spacious room with almost no street noise disturbance. Staff very attentive and kind, especially Guilherme and Vladimir at reception. Extensive breakfast selection with certain items cooked to your order. "

"Beautiful location. My room was fine - classic hotel. I was there for a conference so did not use most of the amenities. All interactions with the staff were extremely pleasant. They are cordial and patient (I don’t speak Portuguese)"
