"There were many problems with the apartment. We had many problems such as our bathroom door wasn't able to close which meant we had to have a shower with the bathroom door open. How awful. Barcelona is a very hot country near the month of August and we phoned them asking if we could have an AC they said they had one. When we arrived we found the AC to not be working.
