"It was walking distance to the great shopping stores. I like the tourist areas that were close by. Also, the staff were very friendly, and the design of the lobby was amazing. I loved the museum pieces in the lobby. We received a nice bottle of champagne the first evening. It was a lovely surprise. Also the unlimited mini bar was a great treat. "

"This is a wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. All the people we encountered spoke good English and they recommended restaurants and cafes that turned out to be great (the best was Musiu, an Italian restaurant at the end. of the block). It's near the Casa Battlo and other attractions, and it was quiet enough to leave the window open at night. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was good. "
