"Nice pub, our room was above bar so you could hear the bar below, it's a pub at the end of the day so you have to expect some noise. Room clean and tidy bed comfy shower good and hot, tea making facilities tea bags wont replenished. For the price of room it was value for money. Location good for the city center and railway station "

"The room was as you would expect for the money. The major disappointment was the lack of a blind for the skylight which meant the room was very light until quite late and then again from early, a nightmare for trying to get children to sleep."

"Fab hotel, an honestly bar which was a great idea, and hot freshly cooked breakfast, a towel rail broke our first night but a mention to owner and it was fixed on our return, nice fridge in room and milk supplied was a lovely surprise and lovely for a coffee after our ling journey. "

"My stay at the bull on the bridge, for although the purpose was somewhere to sleep for the night. The room was more than adequate, I found the bed to be very comfortable. The room was clean, even though the room overlooked the Main Street I wasn’t disturbed by any noise. The staff were friendly and if I need to stay in Sowerby bridge again I would stay here again "
