Instructions to access the property were provided via whatsapp and were easy to follow. Airconditioning available as room was quite warm after a warm-ish day. "Horrible. Reservamos por la mañana habitación, realizando el pago y estando la reserva confirmada en dos emails por hoteles.com. Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa. "We highly recommend choosing to stay here during your trip to Noto! We stopped in Noto for a night on our way to Taormina for our honeymoon and this adorable B&B did not disappoint. Myhriam was at the property to check us in upon arrival and was very kind, patient, and informative. Our room was well decorated, clean, and air conditioned.
