"Hotel is modest but overall very good check was fine and breakfast ok only thing I found an issue was the front door was locked which may sound fine but if you didn’t have you key it might be a problem. You were suppose to lock it especially at night and you had to rely on others to do so which was often not the case. There was not often a person at the desk no other issues and still worth the stay "

"The property itself has so much potential. The listing says the property has a private beach but there is absolutely no private beach. There is a beach about 10 minute walk which is good. The rooms are not soundproof at all… next door at 10am there was a couple engaging in some “adult” activities and everything could be heard which made my family very uncomfortable. "Cute room, great comfy bed! AC worked great, as well as the shower. A big plus to have a fridhe in the room. I had some issues with the key but the host was always ready to help and quick to reply within a minute. The area is in the middle of beautiful Modica. I travelled alone (woman) but felt very safe in the area even late in the evening. Will stay here again!"
