"First of all I want to say how very grateful I am for the kind staff at this property. The staff at this hotel is always super friendly and makes check-in quick and easy. I was traveling alone recently and extremely tired. The young woman at the desk actually ran to the rooms to help find me a clean one early so I could rest. Words cannot describe how very grateful I am for her act of kindness. It was cold out and a bad ice storm was coming! The city was soon covered and everyone was stuck in....

"We had two different rooms with broken security features - in one, the lock had been knocked off the wall (looked like the door was kicked in from the hallway), and in the second the peephole was MISSING from the door. There was just an open hole that you easily see into the room. No thanks. "

"Hotel was clean and pool is nice. Seemed short on staff. Dislike where bathroom soap bottle is mounted-kids can't reach it. Beds are good. Breakfast is pretty typical hotel fare but handy to have. Culvers next door. "
