"Hotel was clean, in a clean safe area and close to Fort Bliss. Only complaint is that the self-service coffee bar was limited to one coffee carafe that always seemed to be empty."

"The buildings are very old but renewed inside so overall it’s not bad. I hate the smoke smell even I booked nonsmoking rooms. Also I expect to have connecting rooms but we were offered that. My kids were not happy with that."

The fire alarm did go off at 3:50 in the morning. the stairwells they go outside with no way of coming back in, which is really inconvenientThe elevator are really slow, and only one was working on my side of the building but other than that, everything else was very nice."
