"Honestly pretty good, the property was kept well cleaned and warm as I visited through winter. The room was nice, furniture was a little old and creaky but nothing bad and nothing was broken. My mattress was a little sunken but wasn’t noticeable unless I sat in the specific spot. The bathroom ammenities were useable, only had an issue with another guest who left stuff in the toilet sometimes. "Got stuck with a snorer above me, but somehow they have an air system in the pod that sounds like a white noise which was able to help me sleep. I also didn’t have a towel in my pod (you get a linen/thick sheets, pillow and towel), but the front desk was so amazing about it and corrected the issue right away! He was super awesome. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. "

"There was enough space for all five of us to sleep but it was very cold with the window just being cardboarded closed. The blankets were not sufficient to keep us cozy all night, nor were they quite big enough for two to sleep in the queen beds comfortably and still have coverage. Apart from that the location was perfect, check in and check out were easy and I would stay again in warmer months."

"Be aware. This is a low-rise building in the east village. There is street noise. But that’s what you get when you stay on a real New York block, near NYU and awesome restaurants and such.
