"First time staying at The Claridge. The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was nice and clean. The only bad experience was how the shower was set up. You have to get killed with cols water first before you can regulate the temperature. It also had a nasty rubber grip at the end of the glass door which should be replaced. Other than that, it was an easy stay."
