"Might be a bit long but worth it. Well fantastic! Everyone was great! When we checked out and went to downtown DC for 47th Presidential Inauguration, my wife left her Evening gown in her room. We called and Nicole found it and worked feverishly under my wife's stress and she got a cab to deliver it to us! Talk about going the extra mile? Unbelievable!!! Best experience we have ever heard of in a very long time! Thank you again Nicole, you were fantastic! "

"Everything is exceptional except for the dust, yes just plain dust on the bedside tables. I have had a severe cold/cough for over 4 weeks and history of allergies. I did not wet dust myself as l did not want this stuff to get airborne. Photos as proof. "
