"Excellent hotel. It’s an LBGTQ+ friendly chain but they welcome everyone. We loved our stay. The location is great, walkable to many bars & restaurants as well as the beach and old town. There’s a nice grocery store just down the street. Parking is 26 Euros a night. We would stay there again in a heart beat. "

"Had a great few days in this hotel which is ideally situated in Bilbao to explore old and new town.The room was spotlessly clean and had great views of the river.Breakfast was adequate for our needs but could be improved a little.Would definitely recommend this hotel for a clean comfortable stay in Bilbao."

"One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The room details are really well thought out. The small ledge under the TV - perfect for keys, the headboard - perfect for phones, I cannot rave enough about the door separating the hallway and the bedroom - so useful when you have a toddler who sleeps more than you want to. The bathroom was huge and so lovely. I loved all the storage. So nice to have a balcony but also with doors that you could completely close it without light coming in. The food in the restaurant was top notch. Service was also the best I have experienced in Spain."
