"The room was fair enough but the phone in the room did not work and there was no refrigerator.That was an issue because I`m diabetic and I need to keep my meds cool.I was able to get a cooler from the store and fill it with ice, that took care of that problem. The TV control did not work but they replaced it after I took it back to the front desk. If you`re looking for a cheap clean room this is a good place to consider. I will not be my first choice next time in Penasco but it did the job this...

"We love Rocky Point and on the beach in Los Conchas is our place to stay. The house was great! Clean, stocked and everything works like it should. The communication was quick and precise. We will definately be back to Sam's house! Thank you so much! "
