"From the moment we arrived we were met with smiles courtesy they helped us bring our luggage to the room we had a wonderful room with a patio overlooking the ocean everyone from the concierge to the restaurant is very courteous friendly would like to give five stars to Francisco and all other weight staff at the fire pit restaurant everyday he greeted us with smiles gave great recommendations for local attractions we will definitely be using them again for our next trip out. "Security gaurds were bothering people at pool area constantly telling them no water coolers were allowed even if people were not drinking anything. Multiple people, multiple times you would walk up to pool from the beach and would force you to go drop off cooler to the rooms"

There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America."
