"Our two night stay was super! The outstanding staff members made all the difference. They allowed us to check in early, called taxis for us, and generally went out of their way to make sure we were treated well! Nothing is fancy at this facility, but everything was clean and we had all that was necessary. The area is quiet also. We would stay there again. "

"Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually). "

Mi presento in struttura, chiamo il numero davanti alla porta e mi viene comunicato che sono stato spostato in un'altra loro struttura, li vicino. Mi dice al telefono che sono 200 metri, in realtà sono 500, nella direzione opposta alla mia destinazione. La scelta della struttura era fatta per la posizione. "I would stay here again. Safe and quiet. Also, the room was roomy (twice the size of the hotel room I stayed in in the city center) and not stuffy (so no ventilation issues, unlike the other place I stayed at). Some practical things to keep in mind: 1. An official white taxi from the city center to Suite Oriani, metered, cost me around 11 euros while an Uber (either a true Uber or the same taxi through the Uber app) would ask for 14 to 22 euros. So, maybe don't take Uber to the hotel since...

"Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area...

"I did enjoy our stay after we were finally able to get in! Checking in was not fun nor clear!! We got to the location and could not even get in the door of the building. We waited and waited until finally someone was exiting the building. We got in to find out it’s on the 9th floor. You can with take the endless stairs (horrible in the heat) or go up to the first floor and take the small elevator. Once there we knocked and knocked and no one answered. We left our bags and made the journey back...

"This "hotel" was closed when we arrived from the airport, at about 10:30pm. (We had tried to call them earlier, several times, but nobody answered.) So I had to find another hotel. The next day, I tried to call them again, four or five times; nobody answered. So I stayed at the new hotel for the rest of my trip. So all in all a big zero out of five from me. However, I have no complaints about Expedia, who refunded my hotel bill when I explained the situation."
