"The Hotel was clean and quiet. When we checked in we realized there was no bath tub, just a shower. Due to a medical condition I need a tub. We asked front desk if we could switch to a room with a bath tub. She checked and said no because we had booked with Expedia, set rooms only and there were no Expedia rooms with a tub. We will most likely not be booking with Expedia again"

"Our suite was pretty old and not clean. They changed us to a different one and it was better. There’s some maintenance work to be done on most rooms. Our group had 10 rooms. "
