"Staggeringly gorgeous views, very friendly staff and really pretty property. Clean hotel room and I'd stay again, however, I would stay in cooler weather. The hotel does not have air conditioning and our room was stifling hot since there was no breeze. Two fans were put in our room, which helped for sleeping, but still quite hot during the afternoons and while getting ready for dinner. Overall, enjoyed my stay, and loved the views."

"The beautiful flowers and plants in the facility were wonderful! Going for a swim in the pool near the reception was amazing, especially against the mountainous backdrop. The rotation is also gorgeous and worth checking out! Starting here was like staying at a beautiful nature museum. The two reception staff who served us were extremely helpful and friendly. They allowed us to check out one hour later than usual and invited us to continue using their facilities and amenities after checkout! "

"Overpriced but fabulous location for one night. Think travelodge before renovations. I was a female solo traveller and it suited my plans and felt safe. Staff lovely, easy check in/out and easy to park at the hotel or opposite. Nice little touristy town. My room was clean but missing a net curtain and as it was ground floor I couldn’t open the curtains as people walked past. If I was there more than one night I would have asked to move. Slow WiFi, but it worked, no tv signal. Dust fell off the main curtain each time I shut it. Double glazing needs replacing as it’s not clear, but once I managed to open the door (dodgy lock) there was a fabulous view. Great shower cubicle and pressure, but dirty shower head and sink. No kettle, this is a standard hotel requirement at this price, this needs addressing urgently. Woodwork has rust coming out of it. Definitely needs a renovation, but I wouldn’t spend £87 here again. Breakfast was Ok, no juice on offer but nice coffee machine and a basic range of hot and cold offerings, enough to keep you going. I didn’t see anyone in the pools. The bed was actually really comfortable and it was nice to have a proper double bed. I would return at half the price as it is in a great spot and the staff were really nice, and not their fault the hotel is tired and overpriced. I walked past the Calomar and it looks much newer so sadly I’d choose that place next time."
