Great seaview
Very nice rustic house,with everything you need.I had no car,but cafe,shops,farmaci,hotel,church are in walking distance.And bus is very conveniant,much used by the locals. Maria,the landlady,came with bananas and potatoes from the backyard,always there to help you. First time in Madeira,but not the last,strange place.

Agreable maison avec super vue
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Maria. Accueil discret et chaleureux, maison hyper propre. La vue est magnifique sur toute la côte pour admirer de superbes couchers de soleil dans le hamac sur la terrasse. Léger bemol pour la circulation dans la rue aux heures d'embauche et de débauche. Nous recommandons chaudement

Beautiful vacation with a lovely host
Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und super um die wunderschöne Nordseite zu erkunden. Das Apartment hat zwar schon einige Jahre erlebt ist aber super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem an nichts um lecker kochen oder sogar waschen zu können. Maria die Besitzerin hatte uns auch leckeres traditionelles Gebäck gebracht und Kartoffeln aus dem eigenen Garten bereit gelegt. Sehr freundlich! Das Apartment können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und hat eine vollausgestattete Küche. Die Wohnung ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, genügt aber allen Ansprüchen. Auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick kann man herrlich frühstücken. Die Vermieterin Maria ist eine äußerst zuvorkommende und nette Frau, die uns sogar mit Früchten aus ihrem eigenen Garten versorgt hat.

House with sea views in a quiet town
This house is close to bus stops, and within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store, also a museum we enjoyed visiting. The seascapes viewed from the church when the sea was active were some of the best anywhere. The owner of the house is very generous in many ways. She even gave us some homemade sweetbread and other goodies she bought for us. She was always ready to help in any way at all. A very pleasant lady, which made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Charme. Maria, die Vermieterin, hat uns freundlich begrüßt. In der Küche lagen für uns Kartoffeln aus eigener Ernte und in der Obstschale Mandarinen. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen. Von der Terrasse aus kann man das Rauschen der Brandung erleben.

Gite pratique conforme à la description hôte trés sympathique, présente à l'écoute et serviable. Trés bien situé près de la voie rapide qui permet de visiter l'ile facilement et loin du bruit de Funchal. Nous recommendons vivement cette location.

très beau séjour à MADERE CHEZ MARIA location exceptionnelle vue sur mer à proximité de tout randos supermarchés et site exceptionnel Maria est une femme discrète ses gâteaux maisons sont un plaisir les légumes du jardins ...ELLE est très discrète mais reste à nos disposition je reviendrai c'est sur mais chez MARIA elle nous a comblée comme son île que du bonheur à vous maintenant

Maison face mer, Bien aménagée et équipée
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Il est proche de la route centrale de l'île ce qui est très utile pour visiter le sud de Madère 😊. Maria a été très attentionnée avec nous et n'a pas hésité à venir nous voir en cas de besoin. Je recommence ce logement à 100%. Et pour ceux qui prendrait ce logement, la nuit on est bercé par le bruit des vagues et les chants d'oiseaux: le puffin cendré !

Ideal pour visiter pas cher !
La location dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour un prix vraiment modique. Située à PONTA DELGADA, au milieu de la côte nord, elle est totalement indépendante. Maria la propriétaire, qui est située dans la maison d'à coté est vraiment très sympathique et attachante (Notre fille Claire lui fait un coucou par le biais de ce commentaire). Il faut environ 35mn de route pour accéder à la maison depuis FUNCHAL par des routes très modernes (tunnels, éclairages). La voiture est un prérequis évidement indispensable. Belle vue sur toute la partie Nord Ouest (SEIXAL et PORTO MONIZ) depuis la terrasse panoramique, par ailleurs, quasiment toutes les fenêtres ont vue mer (à condition bien entendu que le temps soit de la partie). Une place est disponible pour garer la voiture, la location dispose d'un téléviseur moderne qui capte quelques chaines françaises par satellite (M6, BFM+BUSINESS, FRANCE24) et une connexion internet via WIFI (borne CPL, débit correcte et connexion stable).
