"Beautiful hotel "

"Always a fun stay, bar is cool. Rooms are small, are there are no drawers. They charge for coffee in a paper cup in the lobby not a plush. Front desk and valet staff friendly and helpful. Self park is very inconvenient , behind hotel down an alley a cold icey walk to get into hotel. Fun atmosphere and easy to walk to shops on the square. All in all a 8or9 out of 10"

"Check in was great, easy, and very informative; I forget the name of the girl who helped us. The server in the skybar was awesome and friendly, she offered a great customer service. Not so happy with the bartender; blond, fit guy with a beard. Earlier I had a few drinks at the bar and, for some reason, he decide to include the service fee to my check although I was only one person; I understand you usually add this to bigger parties. Maybe because I shared I was from another country, not sure I...
