"My room, 101, was cute & clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. Shower pressure was good, and water stayed hot. Heat (wall thermostat) kept me warm and was very quiet. Office is not staffed regular hours, but owner responds to the ring doorbell quickly. They also answer emails quickly. There are 2nd floor rooms, so potential for overhead noise, but there was no one above me. There are train whistles, but I love that! Walking distance to "downtown" and grocery store. "This was super cool for me and my young adult kids when we were hiking The Grand Canyon a couple days. Convenient location only 30 minutes from GCNP south entrance. Super clean. The beds were so comfortable. Soft, thick blankets for cool evening. Night sky was amazing!"

"I can't say enough about Gary! He was the most thoughtful host and he would maintain communication throughout your stay to make sure you were comfortable and happy. He had a lot of "suggestions" on restaurants and we tried a few and they were lovely! He knows his stuff! Can go wrong staying here!"
