"Outside property has loads of dog poop everywhere ! Disgusting and there is a lot of icy patches as well "

"The beds were hard we’ve stayed with this hotel before and loved the beds. but this time we woke with back pain during the night afew times and got up earlier in the morning do to back pain from hardness. The couch wasn’t to clean either everything eles was clean. Either then that we enjoyed the stay nice spacious room perfect for our family size. Breakfast and pool was a hit. "

"Staff was friendly,rooms were clean ,breakfast was great and the price was reasonable. We were an older couple watching our grandson play in a hockey tourney so did not use the water pool facilities."

"Check in was good but the gentleman was hard to understand. Heater in room 438 makes a horrible noise. Bed has to be replaced feels like springs in your back pinging everytime you turn over. Shower piddles out. "

"Hotel was nice. Hot tub was out of service. Gym was ok no tv remote and water jug was empty so had to go back up to my room to get a refill. No one pen or paper in room, seems weird as it’s a business suite. Would stay again for sure. "

"I had a pleasant stay in every way except for the noisy trains that pass by occassionally. It was a nice touch by the hotel to provide complimentary earplugs. This place is value for your money"
