Best breakfast and the staff is amazing. Housekeeping in the room seems to have taken a bit of a turn though - I don’t think they wash the coffee mugs between nights! They were placed back in the ‘ready to use’ position when they were dirty for each night of my stay, so I am doubtful that they are washed between guests.

The room was actually fine but the parking lot was treacherous with a lot of ice and slippery conditions. This was not totally the fault of the hotel but if snow had been removed consistently I don't believe the conditions would have been that slippery. The other thing that was shocking was we went down the hallway on the second floor to the exit door and found a pile to burned cigarette butts actually partially burned into the carpet just inside before the exit door under the window. The actual stair well smelled of smoke. This is suppose to be a smoke free hotel. We did bring it to the front desk attention on check out. Husband had a hard time sleeping that night thinking about the unsafe condition of live cigarettes being deposited right in the hotel.
