"Nice hotel , nice breakfast, nice staff, however my onley point is this. The steps leading up from the street into the hotel are far to steep, a handrail in the centre of the steps would help an elderly perso enormously."

"Great hotel near the Bay that provided a really nice hotpot, water, instant coffee or tea, and biscuits which was greatly appreciated. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was updated with great shower."
