"We came to the area for a high school water polo tournament, and this cottage worked great for us. Loved sitting on the covered deck with coffee in the morning and enjoying the view while our dogs roamed the yard. If you are looking for a modern, high-end place, this isn't for you. But if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place with thoughtful amenities and a surprisingly beautiful wooded setting, it's perfect. "

"The home was exactly as I was expecting.. it’s an older home with older home issues. The bathroom floor was uneven in paces. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen adequate. There was a smoke detector that was NOT installed, it was lying in a drawer. My BIGGEST complaint was the fact that the dryer was broken. "Great spot within walking distance of most North Shore activities, including PNC Park (Go Buccos!). Parking was right outside the front door and Deutschtown is such a unique and historic community in Pittsburgh. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. We had a great stay and would be happy to come back again!"
