"We had group come for CMU homecoming. We rented 3 units in the building. This unit was a great gathering place, super spacious and clean. It was close to CMU and Pitt. We loved the pool table and large living and dining room. We would definitely rent again!"

"Owner has done a terrific job upgrading an old house to create a very cozy and sophisticated apartment. 7 minutes into downtown. The place was immaculate, and everything worked. Great bed! 3 minor issues: 1. the front steps challenged us, but we are 78 and 82. 2. The bathroom has a great shower, with plenty of hot water, but the toilet is very low (again we are still 78 and 82), and the bathroom is very snug. 3. The closet needs a pole to hang clothes. It was tricky finding a place which was close enough for our grandson’s arrival, internet friendly for my husband’s remote work, and comfortable for our dog."
