"Absolutely love this hotel. The front desk staff is so helpful and kind. The entire property is well kept and clean, especially the room. Everyone was so friendly to my dog. The only thing I’d say needs improving is the snack room. I was there for 3 days and it was unkept the entire time. It’s not a big deal at all but it’s funny how different it is from the rest the hotel. Thanks for a great stay! I’ll definitely be staying here every time I come through. "

"Was our first time at this property. We come in excess of 10 times a year to the city from McMurray. The hotel was very clean, pool and hot tub both working and clean. Service and staff were super friendly, the breakfast also was good for being included. The location also was great for us as we hit up the complex across the road for the wave pool and indoor playground for our little girl. To be honest I have nothing to complain about, room was clean quiet and comfortable for our stay. "

"The property is located in a busy mall area. There is a Chinese restaurant attached. Other reviews mentioned homeless, I did see them at the Tim Hortons across the parking lot (Shell gas station & Tim Hortons are side by side). I had no interaction with them. Front desk locks doors at night for safety which is an added bonus. Overall good stay.
