"I have stayed at this property two times. The first time was in the hotel portion, which was clean and very nice. I get their staff five stars!!!! The second time I stayed I rented out a cabin. Sherena Has five star customer service and deserves a raise she is awesome and so helpful!!! The property is so beautiful and I love all the little walking trails. I really enjoyed the cabin for privacy reasons and it was very cozy and Homie. Looking forward to the new pool remodel. "This was by far the easiest and most accommodating check-in to a hotel in all my 50 years. Hours before we arrived, I received a text message from the owner with a ton of useful info and the code to the door, in case we wanted to check-in at noon, for a tiny fee. This worked out perfectly for our needs so we jumped at the chance. After lunch for my mother’s special birthday, we went back to our cottage. While I was walking my two small dogs around the yard, I met one of the owners and a couple of his friends. Huge dog lovers! We talked for a while about the property and Grass Valley. I instantly regretted that we were only staying the one night, but my husband and I are already talking plans to go back again for a longer stay. Our cottage, the absolute cutest! The bed, so comfy! Everything was excellent. This is our new go to spot for relaxation, that’s for sure and we were told the rivers are where to visit when it’s hot so we can’t wait to try that out too. "
