"Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't...

"We were three couples (us & our adult children) in town for family wedding. Close walk into Nevada City. House has both nice outdoor and indoor space so you are not all on top of each other. Living room area with porch was great space for a gathering of our two families before going out to dinner. Lots of family fun games and well stocked kitchen supplies. Appreciated the iron! Nancy wedding. "
