"We have been multiple times now and really enjoy the property and area. Beautiful lake and some local things to do and it is centrally located to many surrounding areas. Staff has been great each time. The most recent visit it was obvious they have continued to improve the guest experience with new activities that we did experience on prior visits. It is obvious there has been a large investment in the property. But the one negative is the main hotel rooms feel a bit like a dormitory. They aren’t bad by any means but there is just something missing, not getting that warm “lodge” feeling from it but certainly not a deal breaker. We will be staying again."

"We stayed at Terrace on the Lake with several friends and their families and had a great time! The house was clean and had everything we needed--including space for the kids to play. Since it was winter we also appreciated the proximity to Gore Mountain. "

"My Dad had always wanted to spend a Christmas in a log cabin. So, the family and I had decided to book this beautiful home a year in advance. During that time, my Dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 esophageal cancer. He did have the treatable kind with a good prognosis. My Dad went through his 7 weeks of radiation and chemo. Unfortunately, he died in his sleep 2 days after his last day of treatment. My whole family decided that we would honor my fathers wish and spend our Christmas in this home because it was what he was looking forward to once he was in his recovery stage. I shared this info with Niki and asked if she would be able to put up a Christmas tree for us and she said she would and would add some other decorations too. Everything was beautiful. It even snowed on Christmas Eve. We had a lovely time. The house was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the communication between myself and Niki were always respectful and quick. The view from the back deck was beautiful. Niki was very accomodating to any and all requests. The location also was vey close to the outlets, grocery stores, restuarants, and the Saratoga Casinos. I would highly recommend this home and owner to any all. This trip was a bittersweet one for our family however Niki truly helped making it a happy and memorable time for me and my family. "

"My partner and I had a wonderful visit to the cottage to celebrate his birthday weekend! The cottage was absolutely lovely with so many windows to enjoy the incredible snowy views. The bed was so comfy (that's a must when I'm traveling!), and the fireplace was such a nice, cozy addition. Leslie was very responsive with communication. All in all a wonderful property and host!"
