"The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....

"This lovely villa was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well outfitted. Spacious living area and delightful porches. Felt very safe and secure. Would have appreciated better water pressure in the shower, but I also understand we were visiting a country that is working hard to control water usage. We would go back to this property any chance we had! "

Great location in Playa Langosta where a bit quieter than Tamarindo but still many restaurants in walking distance and a mini mart a block away. Quick trip to get into Tamarindo which is quite vibrant and fun. Condo clean and spacious and enjoyed the large patio. A bit sparse, nothing a few area rugs or pictures wouldn't satisfy. "The Coco Bay resort has everything you need to make a great vacation. Numerous beaches are 10 minutes away, grocery stores are just outside the complex.If I had any complaint, it’s just windy up on the hill. But I heard from the locals it was unusually windy at the time. "

We loved the location of this condo with its patio access to the pool, great garden surrounding and quick and easy access to the property pedestrian gates to allow for all the fun of Coco. "Our stay at this VRBO in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful atmosphere, and the beautiful accommodations. "This was our family’s first international trip. The condo was perfect for us. Our kids, 14, 12, and 10, had a blast in the pool and ocean. The boogie boards were so fun to have and provided for hours of entertainment. The location was spectacular. We loved the beach - it was so quiet and peaceful and you can’t beat the view. There were several restaurants around for us to visit, but we also enjoyed the kitchen in the condo for most of our breakfasts and lunches. I am so glad we chose this condo...

"This apartment and property are well cared for, secure and a short walk down a road to the beach. The apartment has gorgeous views in the main area and primary bed room. There is a river crossing from this section of the beach as well as it is a little far from the main section of town which is great if you want a quieter place to stay but does require a vehicle or quite a walk to get to the restaurants and shopping."

"I absolutely love this area & this 1st floor Bougainvillea condo is just perfect to accommodate your CR vacation! The parking space is easy to find & on the end( which is nice) & the space is large. Condo is located down the stairs & the view from the patio is wonderful, you can see the ocean. The condo is very spacious & was nice to have coffee for the next morning. I will definitely stay here again. We loved the little kitty that was nearby, we enjoyed feeding him & making him happy. "

"Overall a great stay. Excellent location with all amenities super close by. Easy parking included and a nice pool area. Rooms were very quiet with a very safe feel. There are no amenities with the room, but if you are looking for a room and quiet pool area it is perfect. I liked being off of the main beach yet close to it. Would recommend if you are not looking for a full service resort. We would stay again! "

"The information provided to access the property and unit were fantastic. All the staff on the property are friendly and kind. The reception contact, (I can’t remember her name) was absolutely lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The pool was warm with very few people using it. You can walk easily to the beach and the grocery store is right out front. "

"What an amazing property! My friend and I had an incredible stay. We upgraded to Star level and were not regretful. The staff spoiled us the entire week we were there. Henry was our concierge and he made sure everything was perfect for us every day. Such a nice man and always willing to go the extra mile. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. We left our vacation feeling pampered and refreshed and we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Ask for Henry when you do. You’ll love him too! "

Occidental Papagayo - Adults Only - All inclusive

"Liked the balance of play and relaxation around the property. The staff was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend it to others. The only thing I would share to others is that the sidewalks and steps can be dangerous, since it is built into a side of a hill. I like the exercise, but other might not. Always wear shoes into the ocean, due to sea urchins, they ruined some people vaca."
