There were two comfortable queen size beds and cozy little living room. The bathroom at the back of the house is newer and had great shower.The cons: The yard is way too overgrown and difficult to enjoy- spider webs and leaf litter made it difficult as a dog owner to scope out potential harmful plants or other dog droppings. "We have stayed at this spot multiple times now, and love it every time - if it's sunny and beautiful, or rainy and cozy. It has everything you need and we really like the one room kitchen/living room layout upstairs, with the bedrooms/bathroom downstairs. Also great to have the deck when it's sunny to sit with coffee and a book and listen to and see the ocean. We will definitely be back!"

The following notes are to the property manager / owner and resolution of these would elevate anyone’s stay: Please put out some Kleenex Please put waste baskets in the bedrooms themselves. "Overall my fiancé and I loved this place! I will say the photos are quite different then what it currently looks like. There are no longer the bunk beds, we didn’t have access to the bikes also but this wasn’t a big deal. We loved how close this was to the beach, and how homey it felt. My only complaints would be that the indoor fire place would immediately trigger the fire alarm, so we opted to not use it.
