"While checking in here was easy and I appreciated the reminders about the check-in time and how to get in, that was the only good thing about this experience. I wish I could attach photos, because I am still in shock about how disgusting this rental was/is. There were clumps of dust on the ceiling fan, as well as other indications this place is WELL OVERDUE for a deep clean. Everything was dingy, the fridge was leaking, whoever has been cleaning it has either been sweeping dirt under the beds...

"We were really visiting family for Thanksgiving in Netarts, so we spent very little time in the cabin. Bed was comfy and place was clean. Everything clearly labeled. Furniture was uncomfortable, but we weren't there much. The emergency lantern did not work (no emergency - just had to try it!). Closet light burned out. Extra towels in bathroom fell into toilet in the middle of the night - shelf too narrow. It all was great for us ‐ and I would not have wanted a longer stay. Just to...

"Lovely location, with a wonderful, quirky home, close to the beach, with a wooded trail along the river. Just off Hwy 101, but not terrible traffic noise. Loved hanging out in the living room, which was comfy and spacious. The house was clean and organized, and very thoughtfully stocked. Parking was a bit tight for 2 midsize vehicles, but worked. "

"This was hands down the most beautiful location we have ever stayed! It is like your own little private slice of heaven. From the height the property is at, it was easy to see whales out in the ocean, and the sunsets over the water were beautiful. The upstairs apartment was perfect for our needs as it was just my husband and I. The only negatives was that the upstairs bed was murder on our backs. Halfway through our visit we started sleeping in the downstairs bed, which was much more...

"We have stayed at this spot multiple times now, and love it every time - if it's sunny and beautiful, or rainy and cozy. It has everything you need and we really like the one room kitchen/living room layout upstairs, with the bedrooms/bathroom downstairs. Also great to have the deck when it's sunny to sit with coffee and a book and listen to and see the ocean. We will definitely be back!"

"The house reminded me of my first log cabin we owned at Lake Tahoe,, rustic and unique. We enjoyed our stay here and loved that we were able to walk to the beach, use the hot tub, and explore the area. We were unable to get the TV to work so we called the caretake, she was at the site in 20 minutes and fixed the problem. The cabin was well stocked, comfortable and cozy, location was great, close to Cannon Beach and Manzanita.. Hopefully we willl be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay,"

"The house is so cute. The kitchen had everything you would need. The bathroom even had a heated towel rack. The beds were comfortable. There were a lot of games if you want to play. The firepit is huge. The hot tub/jacuzzi was very clean and nice, we used it multiple times. The washer and dryer were great. Overall very happy with staying there. "

"The space was amazing and just what we needed. Everything was clean and they had everything that you could want. Lots of firewood for the fire pit, the hot tub was clean and worked. Everything is clearly labeled and the kitchen was fully stocked in terms of pots and pans and kitchen equipment essentials. We would definitely recommend this space and hope to stay there again."
