Beaches have on staff life guards. hotel restaurants require reservations which fill up fast. annoying some are booked before checkin. checkin does not offer help with reservations. free orion welcome drinks is a very nice. "We stayed in the Annex building which was amazing. We didnt realize they had drinks included so that was a nice surprise along with the beautiful lounge area, and we loved the jacuzzi tub. We spent 4 days and while I understand not changing bedding the rest of cleaning was pretty limited (eg: floors not done). Only other complaint is that the hotel wasn't as soundproofed as others we stayed at in Japan, so someone's kid running laps at 10pm in the room next to ours was very disruptive. Otherwise...
