"This was the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We came with the intentions to ski at Mt. Kato but due to unseasonably warm temps that didn’t happen. But this is a perfect place to stay if looking to do so, close and spacious. The property is large and we were encouraged to explore it, this was a highlight for sure! "We came for a couple of hockey games and loved staying at this beautiful, cozy farmhouse. The hosts were welcoming and communicative, including recommending local restaurants. The beds are so soft and Lisa’s decorating makes you feel right at home. We had gorgeous fall weather so we spent a lot of time out on the deck with our morning coffee. The kitchen had what we needed and our hosts even left some welcoming snacks and great coffee. It is peaceful and quiet, yet only 15 minutes from downtown....

"Great place to stay in the Mankato, MN area. Nice, quiet property butting up to a city park with great facilities for kids. The property is a beautiful old (1912) church converted into two separate suites, each with a huge full kitchen and a large living/gathering area, and either 3 or 4 bedrooms. We hosted a total of 16 people with no problems. It just took a bit of schefuli forvthe bathrolms, as there is only 1 per suite."

"Very comfortable and visually striking place with lots of nice little touches (e.g., gorgeous hand towels in the bathrooms; premium soaps / toiletries). Kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware and tools, though I would prefer a regular coffee maker to a Keurig. It was maybe a little dusty -- my allergies flared up after a day there, but I can't say for sure that it was the house, and everyone else in my group was fine. There was some difficulty / delay in getting the access details, but...
