"My family of 4 stayed 2 nights at this location. I was a little hesitant with the parking garage situation, but it turned out to be very easy. It was a very short walk to the parking garage, and it was reasonably priced. We really enjoyed walking around downtown Knoxville, Market Square, Old City, etc. The restaurant options are great in Market Square! "Beautiful condo. Perfectly well stocked, including a very cool kennel for your dogs. Very comfy bed and well done shower/bathroom. And yes, a view of the stadium from your window.This was a perfect place for my wife, son and our two dogs. We enjoyed the short walk to market Square. And was perfect for anything related to the university."

"Excellent!! Very cool location. Clean and new unit/building. New appliances. Very industrial decor…. Nice! The sliding barn doors are cool but can be very loud, especially at night! The listing states that there is limited toilet paper but the rolls were half used when we arrived. There is a convenient store right across the street so that’s nice for grabbing necessities. Washer and dryer in the unit but the washer runs a long cycle so they could supply more bath towels just for convenience....
