"There was a round trip shuttle that runs 24/7. We reserved the shuttle for 3:30 am as our flight departs at 6:30 am. Service was great! The front desk agent Aya was amazing. She was accommodating. She gave us free water bottles because when I had called the booking representative had said that they give free water bottles so she honored whatever the representative said. She was great, gave us Swiss miss hot chocolate packets as well. Overall clean hotel with good agents. The day person at 3 am was friendly and great as well. 5 star all around"

"Great option for those who find the cost of NYC accommodations to be too expensive. I enjoyed the free breakfast each morning and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful. I could not have had a better experience staying here. Bus stop is roughly an 8-minute walk…many buses throughout the day and night can get you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Times Squate."
