"Overall it was average. The staff people were nice. No above and beyond moments to offer. Having to pay resort fees on top of the room stay, you would think they would include free parking. The walk from and to theparking garage is very long. The bed was a little on the hard side for me. I expected better pillows. We ate at Park Place Prime. It is a steakhouse with a typical AC price tag. The food was excellent and our waiter, Lou, was the best."

"The room was freezing and it felt like the heat never kicked in. The shower and sink water was luke warm and all 4 towels I picked up had brown stains all over them. After complaining to the front desk about the water they moved us to another room. I let the shower water run for 20 mins and it still never got hot.
