"It was ok. My son used the pool and once we got to the room the shower was ceased and not turning on at all. So my son stood there wet. I made many attempts to reach service which was not successful. I had to leave the room at that point. I went to the front desk and then someone came up to the room and had to fix the problem.My son was shivering cold wrapped in a towel. We were on the 7th floor.
