"Had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, staff were wonderful.The hotel is fancy, big sized rooms and beds, very comfortable and fantastic."

"Staff at desk were abrupt, unhelpful. Breakfast was terrible - badly displayed buffet, cheap yoghurt in a large bowl, poor coffee, stale cereal but eggs and bacon were ok. Renovated room so badly designed: wasted space, desk that had to slide under shelf, strange piece with mirror etc (purpose?). The brown and black theme was depressing. Holiday Inn: do better!!!!"
