"The stay was an excellent experience! Its a nice property located close to the beach. There is a canal in the backyard so we had the joy of seeing some manatees. Being that it is a dog friendly place it allowed us the joy of taking our dogs with on vacation. The place was nicely decorated and spacious. I'd recommend others bring a blanket if cold easily as there was only one extra in the rental. "Let me start by saying that we've been to Sanibel many times - it's one of our favorite places. We've rented all over the island.Property is in a great location. It's near many restaurants, shops, markets, etc. (within a 5 min drive). Very short walk to the stunning beach. Property management company was outstanding to work with, and check-in/check-out was flawless. Unit offers everything you need.The only issue was the condition of the unit. "This home has everything a person/family needs. Nice to have beach chairs and coolers for we flew to Florida. The backyard and pool made for very relaxing evenings. For us short people almost needed a step stool to get in the main bedroom bed. Haha! Highly recommend this property. "

"My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children (infant to school aged), and my parents. It was so spacious, and such a great layout! We were able to spread out and it didn’t feel cramped at all. The house was so well-stocked with anything and everything we needed. We loved the kitchen and cooked in a few different times. The pool area is so nice and we took advantage of the pool toys provided. It was clean, in a nice area, and we would definitely stay again!"

"Very nice home. Well maintained and in a very nice walkable neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. It was just my wife and myself, but if you were staying with multiple adults, the inside seating would be a little tight. The front living room has been set up like a second dining room, so there isn’t too much comfy seating other than one couch and love seat.
