"Cape Lake House was the nicest, cleanest, and most well-stocked home we've stayed in over the years. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were 7 of us and the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout was perfect for us. We have NO negative comments whatsoever. Stu and Cathy were quick to reply if we had questions. We will definitely be staying at Cape Lake House again or maybe we'll check out one of their other locations. I wish we were still there! :) "

"Our stay was great. The king room was perfect with a closet for my hanging clothes, the bed was super comfortable. The spouse loved the bathtub. It let his 6foot frame relax after a day out. Breakfast was good each morning with enough of a selection to make it interesting. The only draw back was the coffee machines. Each cup was freshly ground and brewed so we did have a small wait but it was awesome. The pool had a couple of shades tables and a family friendly cabana. The location was lovely. There was plenty of night life on walking distance amd the beach and Sanibel an easy drive away. 10/10 we would visit again."

"The house is a bit older, but very well maintained. The overall layout is super, the kitchen well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. We especially appreciated the large, covered outdoor area. The pool and spa functioned very well.Overall, we had a great stay! Highly recommend this place which offers great «value for money»."
