"From check in to check out was amazing! House was perfect for the 5 girls. Spacious! Propane Fireplace was a nice perk to have. Kitchen was stocked, enough linens, clean, location was perfect. Short run to 3rd beach. Drove to Newport short drive. Owner was easy going and easy to work with. I would definitely rent again. Happy and please with our choice of homes to rent for this wk detail wkend!"

"We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again."

"The house was very comfortable. Felt third bedroom should be noted as in the basement in listing. First the parking spaces were too narrow for a large SUV and required skilled parking. Fire alarm one night disrupted sleep. Handyman said it had been an issue the previous week, so they did not correct for our visit. Also day we left there was a water leak, so no one could take showers! Positive note was the location was great.= and within walking distance. "

"This home was perfect! The bunk room is on the same floor at the other beds, so good if you have small kiddos like we do. The screened in porch, the access to the water. The covered area under the porch… and an outdoor shower!! Here’s hoping we can come back in the summer!!!! 4 adults and 5 little under 7, and that laundry room perfect for the wet towels and bathing suits from the jacuzzi!! 11/10! Thank you hosts!
