"Stayed here for New Years Eve - great location for a great price, the place is decorated so beautifully, our room was very clean and very cute, and the staff was as friendly and helpful as can be. Will definitely be staying here again!"

"Location is great and the room was very pretty. Bathroom was nicely updated with a huge rain shower head. We stayed in 121, our friends were in 119 which had a beautiful king sized canopy bed and nice sitting area. Breakfast was just ok...we'd probably enjoy the cafe downstairs instead if we visited again. Our room had a weird musky mens cologne smell and the wall unit didnt seem to work. We set it at 63 and it was pretty warm in the room."

"A beautiful, historic property that has been lovingly renovated on a quaint, quiet street. The owners Nicole and Chris were so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was outstanding! The avacadoe toast and freshly brewed coffee live rent free in my head. Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the harbor. You will love this inn and your time in historuc Newport, Rhode Island."

The entire house is gorgeous, and our room was amazing from the size, beauty and comfort of the bedroom and bathroom to the window view of the harbor. Breakfast was a feast of delicious foods. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Only negative was that we couldn't stay longer.
