Miss Tian’s attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication to ensuring our room was always immaculate made our stay truly comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism reflect the high standards of service at Cosmos Hotel. This was our third stay at the hotel, and as always, the entire team—from the front office, bell hop, housekeeping, and the 17 Café staff —made us feel warmly welcomed.
