"Cool experience staying in the capsule. The main downside compared to a traditional hostel is that I didn't see my roommates at all - everyone gets into their capsule and there's little interaction. It could have just been the people that were there at that time, but I think a capsule is great if you're looking for privacy and not so good if you're looking to interact with fellow travellers. "The service is outstanding! Every service man/woman was well trained and attentive to our needs including the ones in the lobby and the ones in the lounge. We arrived early in the morning and we had to wait in the lounge before we can check in to our room. They served us tea at a table with a beautiful window view. Also, our room was ready in no time. This hotel has demonstrated an outstanding customer service throughout the 4 nights of our stay. We will definitely return again. "
