"This property has been great for two stays now and the staff is awesome! The construction is kind of distracting, but the progress is good. I was a bit disappointed that they are removing the gas fireplaces during room updates, but I do understand the safety aspect. This is definitely a property that embraces the past era it represents and in that way creates it’s charm."

"We loved The Primrose! The property was so pretty and we loved the charm. All of the staff were so kind. One night, I wasn’t feeling well (I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy) and I didn’t feel like going out. My husband went to the store to get dinner, but it needed a microwave. He took it to the front desk, where he said the staff took it and prepared it for me! My husband brought it back on a lovely tray with a free cookie!! This gesture meant the world to me.
