"Our stay was fine. The room as clean except for the floor which looked like they mopped without sweeping first. The room was fine other than the springs under the mattress that made a very loud noise if you moved the wrong way or got out of that side of the bed. But it was cleaner than some other rooms Ive stayed at. "

"Convient location right off the main road. I stayed for a night so didnt experiece anything else. There was also a very distinct smell around the entire building. I didn't really mind it but i know others may look down upon it. Other than that it was a great place for the price. They off appliances like fridge, microwave and stove top. Cleanliness of the beds are always my main concern and they seemed very clean and new. "

"Hotel was closed for renovations. We had no prior notification of this before we arrived to check in. Poor communication on both the hotels part and hotels.com. We had paid in advance. We lost a day of our vacation in Charelston and had to find new accommodations on our own. Very bad experience. We spoke to some at the hotel as UPS was making a delivery, just by chance, before delivery they would not answer the door.Please look in to this as we need a refund or compensation for our notes stay."
