"Was great but with there was a bar/restaurant on property. Pool amenities was not the best and no hottub which is good after site seeing all day"

"Good value. No airport shuttle, so factor taxi/Uber costs when comparing rates. Bed was comfortable. Clean. Staff was fine. Water pressure wasn’t great. Breakfast was fine—a good selection of teas was a plus. I’d def stay here again if the rates are comparable to other similar options. "

"Hotel was closed for renovations. We had no prior notification of this before we arrived to check in. Poor communication on both the hotels part and hotels.com. We had paid in advance. We lost a day of our vacation in Charelston and had to find new accommodations on our own. Very bad experience. We spoke to some at the hotel as UPS was making a delivery, just by chance, before delivery they would not answer the door.Please look in to this as we need a refund or compensation for our notes stay."

"The room was big, clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was good. The chairs in the dining area need replacing, but the breakfast options were nice. Eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, make your own pancakes, etc. Didn't use any of the amenities. "

"We have stayed here twice and overall it’s a great place to stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our room has always been clean. Our only issue is the lack of hot water for the shower. It’s been this way both times. That may affect our decision to stay there again. Otherwise it’s great. "
