Kelly, JP and the entire staff including management have been great very accommodating overall the staff 5 stars. My personal experience I haven't seen any bugs beds are comfortable my only complaint they don't have fridges or microwaves in the rooms and want 10$ a day to have a fridge microwaves aren't available so you have to heat food in the reception area.
